I am getting really tired of paying for my gym membership. I actually feel irritated every time the money is taken out of my account. I love doing the 10 Minute Trainer workout program. Even if I am just a beginner in this kind of thing, I can smoothly manage my way through it. It is safe even for entry levels like me.

Before doing the workout proper I do a short warm up exercise. It is good for preparing the body especially my muscles for the techniques I will be doing. It helps me avoid harboring extreme muscle sores at the end of each workout.
