My Junior Colleague Deserves A Promotion This Year
I decided to skip the annual sales and marketing meeting this time because my flight was cancelled due to an indefinite strike by the airline employees. I asked my junior colleague who was in office to call me up in case he faced any problems with the presentation. He called me after some time because he added some audio video clip to the presentation and wanted me to have a look at it. I opened the presentation but I realized that my speakers were not working. I had a pair of bookshelf speakers but I did not know How to connect bookshelf speakers to computer. So I called my younger brother who knew a lot about these things and told him to connect the speakers to the computer. He did it immediately and I began viewing the presentation. I was impressed with the way my junior colleague handled the situation in my absence. I told him that he had a bright future ahead and if asked by the company I would definitely recommend him for a promotion.
